Currently serving as a full-time TV director with Abu Dhabi Media network, Alsayed is at the helm of advanced storytelling. In 2022, she launched a short film series addressing pressing social issues, further establishing her reputation on the global festival circuit. Her latest short film, The Battle, was nominated for the Best Short Film Competition at the 2024 Malmö Arab Film Festival, renowned as Europe’s most influential Arabic film festival.
Currently, Alsayed is developing her first feature film, a project that has secured a full development grant from the Ministry of Culture.
